About Fennell Law

Amy E. Fennell
Elder Laws and Estate Planning Attorney
Amy E. Fennell is a St. Louis native and obtained her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law where she was a Dean’s Scholar. Amy also has a bachelor’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis in which she majored in Pre-Law and minored in Business Administration.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Amy was a paralegal in an elder law and estate planning firm for seventeen years. She feels that the immense knowledge she’s gained while exclusively working in the field of elder law and estate planning has given her the tools to be able to guide clients both competently and with compassion. Amy thrives on being able to help people and to have the ability to be a resource to other families in her community.
Amy is a member of the Missouri Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is also an accredited VA attorney. Amy lives in St. Charles with her husband and two amazing daughters. When Amy is not practicing law, she is likely cheering on the sidelines at one of her daughter’s volleyball games or gymnastics meets.
